Question 1

What's in the Soft Pastels bouquet?

Accepted Answer

5 White Daisy, 4 Fern, 8 Pink Rose, arranged in our Small size. You can change any of it before ordering — add stems, swap colours or pick a different size.

Question 2

Can I change the Soft Pastels bouquet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is a starting point, not a fixed product. Open it in the builder and every stem, colour and greenery choice is adjustable, with the price updating as you go.

Question 3

How does building your own bouquet work?

Accepted Answer

Choose your flowers and colours stem by stem, add greenery and a vase, then review the full price before checkout. You see the price update as you build, and a local florist hand-arranges it for delivery.

Question 4

Can I get a custom bouquet delivered the same day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Order before the same-day cutoff for your delivery ZIP code and a local florist will arrange and deliver your bouquet that day.

Question 5

What happens if a flower I chose is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

Your florist may substitute a bloom of equal or greater value. We contact you for approval before any substitution is made, so you always know what is being delivered.

Question 6

How much does a custom bouquet cost?

Accepted Answer

Every bouquet starts with a flat base price that covers arrangement, shipping and a vase, then each stem and any greenery is priced individually — the total is always shown before you add it to your cart. There is a $38.97 minimum order.

Question 7

Are the flowers fresh?

Accepted Answer

Every custom bouquet is arranged to order by a local florist using fresh stems — nothing is pre-made or shipped in a box.
